What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard factory minimum order quantity is 50 units per SKU for catalog items (such as the Kestrel Camp Chair or Linden Lounger). For fully bespoke OEM designs requiring new extrusion dies or stamping tooling, the entry volume begins at 200–500 units depending on tooling amortization. We routinely consolidate mixed SKUs inside 20ft and 40ft HQ export containers.
Can you produce strictly to our proprietary CAD drawings and BOM?

Yes. Over 65% of our monthly output is custom OEM contract work. We accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, and DWG drawings under strict NDA. Our internal tooling shop handles aluminum multi-radius rotary bending, 5-axis CNC wood shaping, laser jig fixtures, and custom mold fabrication with ±0.25mm engineering tolerances.
How long does prototype sampling take before production approval?

Pre-production prototypes for catalog configurations dispatch within 7 business days via DHL/FedEx air freight. For complex OEM designs involving new aluminum extrusion tooling or custom cast brackets, physical golden samples are delivered within 14–21 business days with a complete CMM dimensional report and tensile test coupon.

Do you handle international freight, customs clearance, and DDP terms?

Yes. We routinely quote both FOB (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) directly to warehouse loading docks across North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia. Our export logistics team coordinates palletization, ISPM 15 heat-treated crating, container load optimization, and full US/EU customs declarations.
What are your standard commercial payment terms?

For standard procurement orders: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against Bill of Lading (B/L) copy and third-party pre-shipment inspection pass. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are supported for container-scale contracts above $100,000 USD. Approved enterprise partners can apply for Net 30/60 open account terms after 2 successful consecutive cycles.
