What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 units per item. Mixed containers across several items are possible.
Can you customise the product and packaging?
Yes. Logo printing, colour, material, structure and retail packaging can all be customised under OEM or ODM.
How long does production take?
25 to 35 days after sample approval for most orders. Peak season may add 5 to 10 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship FOB, CIF and DDP to Europe, North America, Australia and other markets.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30 percent deposit and balance before shipment. L/C at sight for larger orders.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples ship in 3 to 7 days and the fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
Are you audited or certified?
Our facilities are ISO 9001 certified and BSCI and SGS audited. Reports are available on request.
How do you handle quality complaints?
Send photos and batch numbers within 30 days of receipt. We replace or credit confirmed defects.
